What counts as an update
Three kinds of change matter to an existing user: a new app build, a change to how login or verification works, and a change to the platform's terms around deposits, withdrawals or account handling. Cosmetic redesigns are noticeable but rarely consequential. We revise our guides when one of the first three happens.
How to verify a notice
Announcements circulate quickly in group chats, and most of what circulates is either outdated or invented. Check whether the same notice appears inside the app or on the operator's own channel. Be sceptical of anything that arrives with a link and a sense of urgency; that combination is the standard shape of a phishing attempt.
A genuine platform notice never asks you to confirm a password or a one-time code by replying to a message.
Changes that affect existing users most
Mandatory app updates, which make older builds stop loading. New verification steps at withdrawal, which need identity documents prepared in advance. Adjusted minimum amounts. Changes to supported payment methods. Each of these is worth reading in full rather than dismissing, because they usually apply at the exact moment you want to move money.
