Before you open the login screen
Two things make login smoother. First, be certain which mobile number the account was registered with, including the country code — a number entered with a different code is treated as a different account entirely. Second, be on a connection you trust; a half-open mobile data session produces timeouts that look exactly like a rejected password.
Open the platform through a link you saved yourself or by typing the address, rather than through a forwarded message. Fake sign-in pages are the most common way accounts on platforms like this are lost.
The sign-in sequence
Choose the login option on the home screen. Enter the registered mobile number or the user ID issued at registration. Enter the password exactly as you set it, using the eye icon to confirm it rather than retyping blind. Submit, and complete any verification step the platform requests.
A successful login lands on the account home screen with the balance visible. If the screen loads but the balance shows as zero and the history is empty, you have almost certainly signed into a second account created by accident with a different number.
How sessions behave
Most platforms of this type keep one active session per account. Logging in on a second device usually ends the session on the first, which can look like a spontaneous sign-out. A 'remember me' option keeps the session on the device rather than storing the password anywhere you can read it, so it does not help if you have genuinely forgotten the password.
On a shared or borrowed phone, sign out deliberately at the end. Closing the app is not the same as ending the session.
When login fails
Retype the number without spaces. Check that autocorrect or a password manager has not filled an older password. Switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi. Update or reinstall the app if the build is old. Clear the app cache if the screen refuses to respond at all. Then, if nothing works, use the platform's own forgotten-password flow.
If the reset code never arrives, the number in the account is either different from the one you are checking or the SMS is being filtered. Give it a few minutes before requesting another, since repeated requests can trigger a temporary block.
Password habits that matter here
Use a password that exists nowhere else, since this account can hold money. Length beats complexity: a long phrase is stronger and easier to recall than a short scramble. Change it immediately if you have ever typed it into a page you are not certain was genuine.
Never share it — not with a support agent, not with someone offering to 'recover' the account, not with anyone in a group chat. Legitimate support never asks.
