Why this site exists
Search for a gaming service by name and most of what comes back is written to convert rather than to inform: identical paragraphs, invented certainties, screenshots of winnings and a large button. Someone genuinely trying to understand how an account works, or trying to get back into one, is poorly served by that. This site is an attempt to publish the boring, accurate version instead.
What we publish

How content is researched and reviewed
Articles are written from operators' own published rules, from how services in this category commonly behave, and from the questions readers send us. Before publishing, each page is checked against three questions: does it state anything we cannot support, does it ask the reader for anything sensitive, and would a cautious reader be better off after reading it. Anything failing one of those is rewritten.
We revise rather than patch. When an interface or a rule changes, the affected guide is rewritten so it reads as one coherent piece at its stated date. Where a fact is genuinely uncertain — including who owns a particular domain — we say so rather than guessing.
